Morecambe manager Jim Bentley is set to welcome Chris McCready and Lewis Alessandra back into his squad to face Plymouth.
Defender McCready and forward Alessandra missed Tuesday night's 3-1 defeat at Bradford due to illness.
Andrew Fleming's fitness will be assessed after the influential midfielder sustained a heavy challenge in the second half against the Bantams.
Bentley's men have now gone three npower League Two games without a win and are yet to taste victory at the Globe Arena this term.
To alter that statistic they must better the pair of draws earned against Argyle last season. Nick Fenton grabbed a last-minute equaliser in a 1-1 draw at Home Park, while it was 2-2 on the Lancashire coast on the penultimate day of the campaign - Jordan Burrow and Alessandra getting the goals
Danny Carlton (knee) remains a long-term absentee.
Plymouth could once again be without midfielder Paul Wotton.
The 35-year-old missed Tuesday's 1-1 draw at home to Bristol Rovers with a groin injury he sustained during last Saturday's defeat to Port Vale.
He will be assessed by the medical staff at Home Park ahead of the clash.
Matt Lecointe, 17, was Wotton's deputy in midweek and the youngster looks set to retain his place should his more senior colleague be ruled out again.
Paris Cowan-Hall made the bench on Tuesday after a period on the sidelines and could be in contention once more.
Wotton's groin problem adds to a long list of injuries for the Pilgrims, with Fletcher's squad already down to the bare bones without such players as Nick Chadwick, Rene Gilmartin, Rhys Griffiths and Jamie Lowry.
