Morecambe manager Sammy McIlroy says midfielder Ian Craney is likely to miss the rest of the season through injury.The 27-year-old, on a season-long loan deal from Huddersfield, has not played for the Shrimps since sustaining ankle ligament damage in November.
McIlroy told BBC Radio Lancashire: "It's very unlikely he will play again this season.
"He's had his operation now. Hopefully the operation has been a success and he can start his rehab but it's a blow."
